I left MySQL, Oracle, and joined MemSQL
As of today I’m a Senior Software Engineer at MemSQL, working on the Engine Engineering team.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer at MemSQL, working on the Engine Engineering team.
Previously I was a Software Engineer at MySQL, Oracle, working on the Replication team. Most of the time I worked on the Paxos-based group communication engine that powers MySQL Group Replication.
In 2019 I earned my Ph.D. in Computer Science from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, advised by Ricardo Dias and João Lourenço.
